- Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Consumers are all natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for personal purposes.
- Cancellation period: The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

- Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- Returns and costs: You must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days. You as the buyer will bear the costs of the return shipment. In addition, a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods will be charged.
