We only accept returns for products that are sealed in their original packaging for hygiene reasons or if a piece of jewelry has arrived damaged.
- Keep an eye on costs: When returning items, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We also charge a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods.
- Jewelry in top condition: Remember that jewelry must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Inspection: After we receive the jewelry, we take a quick look to make sure everything fits.
- Your satisfaction: If everything is right, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
- Back in your pocket: The refund will be safely deposited into your account or sent to your original payment method.
