General terms and conditions of business
- Scope
1.1. The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Giancarlo Zentini (hereinafter referred to as " Seller ") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as " Customer ") concluded via the Seller's online shop.
1.2. Customers within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are consumers who are natural persons and who enter into the business relationship for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
1.3. Any deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
- Offers and service descriptions
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Product descriptions and images are non-binding.
2.2. Errors in product descriptions, prices and availability remain reserved.
- Ordering process and conclusion of contract
3.1. The customer can select products from the range and collect them in the shopping cart. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer places a binding order for the products in the shopping cart.
3.2. The seller sends the customer an order confirmation by email confirming receipt of the order. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely serves to inform the customer that the order has been received.
3.3. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the seller sends the ordered goods to the customer and confirms the shipment with a shipping confirmation by email.

Prices and shipping costs
4.1 The prices stated are final prices including VAT and do not include shipping costs.
4.2. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is placed. Shipping costs may be waived for orders above a certain value; this will be stated separately.
- Delivery and product availability
5.1. Delivery will take place within the delivery time specified on the product page. Information on the availability of goods is provided on the product page.
5.2. If an ordered product is not available, the Seller will inform the Customer and, if necessary, offer alternative products. The Customer can then change or cancel the order.
- Payment terms
6.1. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or other payment options that are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
6.2. If payment in advance is selected, the seller will provide the customer with his bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to the specified account within 10 working days.
6.3. The customer will be in default if he does not pay within the payment period. In the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right to charge reminder fees.
- Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
- Warranty and liability
8.1 The statutory warranty provisions apply.
8.2. The Seller shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, unless the damage involves damage to life, body or health.
- Data protection
9.1. The seller processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information on data processing can be found in the seller's privacy policy .
9.2. The customer has the right to obtain information about the personal data stored at any time and to request their correction, deletion or blocking, provided that there are no statutory retention periods to the contrary.
9.3. The Seller takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data. Nevertheless, absolute security on the Internet is not possible.
- Right of withdrawal
10.1. Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. Further information on the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal form can be found on the seller's website.
- Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
11.1. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with this contract is the registered office of the seller, provided that the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
11.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
- Final provisions
12.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.2. Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
